CareerSeat is built to give companies, managers, and employees a better way to set objectives, issue awards, recognise achievements, and track progress together. It is about bringing structure and transparency to recognition while keeping things motivating and engaging.
For now, we are opening CareerSeat as a free beta. That means you can sign up, explore, and use all of the core features without charge. Whether you are an individual looking to build your professional profile or a company interested in testing a new way to reward and motivate teams, now is the perfect time to get started.
Sign-up is completely free until 2026. After that, linking users to an organisation will be limited by a paywall. Full details can be found in fees.html.
